Workplace Shadowing

Shadowing is a highly effective approach that gives you the opportunity to see an experienced peer deliver keyactivities. You will be able to observe your peers and the skills they use, the behaviors they demonstrate, and how they deal withany problems they encounter. This is a very safe and supported way of learning, and it will help you gain knowledge, experience, and confidence. in a number of different workplace duties.  After each shadowing activity, you will be asked to review how things went and provide feedback on the following: • What activity did you observe? What skills and behaviors did you observe being used? • What went well? What challenges did you see? • What did you learn from shadowing this activity? • How will this influence your behavior and actions moving forward?
