Work Based Task

A workplace task will be set by the manager at the end of a specific sprint, and learners will be asked to apply the new skills and behaviors learned to ‘live’ scenarios within the workplace. Progress against these tasks will be reviewed during the line manager development discussions. Overall, work-based tasks bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical experience, making them an essential component of professional development.
