We believe that people learn best by doing!Therefore, throughout the program, you will be asked to take part in a variety of different practical sessions, along with work-based tasks and projects, to enable the application of new skills and behaviors learned.The learning follows the 70/20/10 learning principle, which is the foundation of all our learning and development interventions, ensuring that you are positively challenged and fully supported, giving you the opportunity to grow and develop.The learning will focus on the culture of the organization, using ‘live’ people management challenges during all skill practice sessions.
